Hand Surgery
In a prospective study, J. Redeker et al. examined the course of treatment of 15 patients in whom Cerasorb® had been used to fill bone defects of the hand. The most frequent diagnoses were intraosseous ganglions, aneurysmatic bone cysts, and enchondroma. The authors conclude that Cerasorb® is superior to spongiosa for achieving a rapid, unlimited and cost effective restoration of hand function.
